A long while ago I left my Kink_Out account on www.shadowpriest.com.
I've been saving this topic for when im not full of rightous fury towards the moderator that made me leave.
This moderator has a "most active topic: Off topic" in a shadow priest forum.
He then proceeds to post pictures of Poo, in the "newcommer" section of the forum.
Now I honestly can't seem to find anything more offtopic in a world of warcraft forum than poo.
So my previous statements on how great this webpage is has to be withdrawn.
While there is some pretty sweet information there I just can't advertise a forum with such a moderator.
Im not going to say anything bad about this guy because i dont want to bad mouth him. He has allready proven his worth. I used to love the page. As of right now i have to say that their moderator staff should be rethought.

I agree that "poo" is off-topic.
And no matter how wrong this guy is, saying that the forum as a whole is no longer a good forum shows that you are obviously blinded by your emotional constipation.
This is not a moral stand, it's a stubborn stand. You've simply made your mind up that this one person IS the forum.
And on top of stubborn, you go on and on about yourself leaving...
In a way, it seems, that you think the forum will suffer without you.
In a conceded way.
Your intentions aside, that's what the readers see.
If it were a moral stand, then it would be WRONG for you to be a part of the forum.
But that's not the case. It's just a preference. Not morality.
And I'm not saying this in a bash-you type of way, but what I would say to my best friend.
1. Get over yourself.
2. Let it go.
3. You are causing a lot of "poo" over "poo"
4. So far, YOU are the one making this issue bleed over to more people... and causing the forum to go the neg. More people are having to deal with this "poo" because of YOU, not him.
You will learn one day to choose your battles... and never act like your a martyr over something on the internet.
Martyr: One who makes a great show of suffering in order to arouse sympathy.

I used to love the forum and I dedicated much time to it. so I was annoyed at you know who. For not taking a very excellent forum seriously.
Kind of late to comment but while moderating the forum I just discovered why you left it, for some reason I didn't notice it months ago when you actually did it.
Well, yes, sp.com is pretty serious and best resource for spriest information. Though that doesn't mean everyone absolutely must be dead-serious all of the time. I can understand that some people could get offended by the pictures posted there but really, what's the big deal? You probably see similar stuff every day anyway :)
It's sad that nobody picked up the great work you did there, especially now that the forum seems to be in a relatively bad shape. All I can hope for is you keep spreading your wisdom through some other means, it would be sad to loose it :)
